Pam is the founder and director of Ride With Faith. Along with her lifelong love of horses, Pam has a passion for helping children. In 2008, she decided to combine the two to create Ride With Faith. Pam received her Habilitation and Respite Certification from DMHA/FSSA in 2010-2011. She's worked with many young people over the years including those with ADD, ADHD, ODD, PDD, Autism, Aspergers, PTSD, TBI along with additional behavioral and emotional issues.
Pam is also an Army veteran, has received her BS in Business Management and a BA in Human Resources Management with honors, and is an accomplished horse woman!
Steve has always had a great love for animals. Originally from Andrews, Steve has worked with horses for several years, he enjoys training, riding, and trouble shooting issues when they arise, Steve currently is learning to become a team roper. Steve lives with his wife, Steve, and daughter, Sydney in Fort Wayne. Steve's current fur-family includes Shadow - Dutch Shepherd, Storm - AKC German Shepherd, Bear Bear and Luna - Teddy Bear hamster, and Bo - Quarter Horse. Steve is the Operations Supervisor at Smith Field Airport and in his spare time enjoys camping, golfing and spending quality time with family. Steve is glad to have the opportunity to serve Ride With Faith and all those the organization helps.
Melissa has always had a great love for animals. Originally from Philadelphia, Melissa has worked for the Rainforest Café, P.S.P.C.A, The Philadelphia Zoological Society and the New Jersey State Aquarium where she was blessed to be able to work with dogs, horses, parrots, camels, elephants, wallabies and aquatic life and lead education groups for the public. Melissa lives with her husband, Steve, and daughter, Sydney in Fort Wayne. Melissa’s current fur-family includes Shadow - Dutch Shepherd, Storm - AKC German Shepherd, Bear Bear - Teddy Bear hamster, and Whiskey - Paint Quarter Horse. Melissa is the General Manager for REEF Parking Fort Wayne and in her spare time enjoys camping and nature, reading and spending quality time with family. Melissa is glad to have the opportunity to serve Ride With Faith and all those the organization helps.

Terri lives with her husband in Fort Wayne, IN where she is currently an Assistant Professor with the University of St. Francis in the Department of Nursing. As a registered nurse with her master’s degree, Terri has built a career out of assisting others and is celebrated as a recipient of numerous academic and service-related excellence awards. She belongs to several national and local organizations through which she uses her unique skills to protect, and advocate for, a variety of at risk and underserved populations. Terri looks forward to utilizing her many and varied collaborative connections to support the efforts of Ride With Faith while also keeping her aligned with a life long passion for animals.
Deb lives in Columbia City and has a daughter and son. Some of her hobbies are power lifting, boxing, playing tennis and blackjack. She believes in the RWF program and the benefits it provides to children who participate. Deb volunteers her skills at our events and does a wonderful job helping with whatever needs done.

Jonathan raises his two children and a variety of animals. The homestead is located on a small farm in Tri-Lakes, Indiana where he cares for full blooded Arabs, a half Arab, a Tennessee Walker, one miniature Pinto, miniature donkeys, pigs, reptiles, chickens, dogs, and cats. he's successfully bred full Arabs and pigs on their farm. Jonathan is currently in charge of running jobs that require the fabrication and installation of architectural sheet metal for a commercial roofing contractor in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jon has a strong passion for animals, the great outdoors, helping others, and most importantly: family. Jonathan was happy to find an organization like Ride With Faith that combined the hobbies and lifestyle he highly values.
