Pam Connelly-Castle

Pam is the founder and director of Ride With Faith. Along with her lifelong love of horses, Pam has a passion for helping children. In 2008, she decided to combine the two to create Ride With Faith. Pam received her Habilitation and Respite Certification from DMHA/FSSA in 2010-2011. She's worked with many young people over the years including those with ADD, ADHD, ODD, PDD, Autism, Aspergers, PTSD, TBI along with additional behavioral and emotional issues.

Pam is also an Army veteran, has received her BS in Business Management and a BA in Human Resources Management with honors, and is an accomplished horse woman!

Libby Wickliffe

Libby has a degree in Social Work and helps with our programing for Ride With Faith. Libby lives in Avilla with her husband, Sam and their 3 children. Libby enjoys the "barn" atmosphere and loves to ride. She cheers on the kids, her own and others, as she sees them grow and flourish with the help of our Equine friends.

Gretchen Spires lives with her husband, Dean in Ft. Wayne, IN. They met at another non-profit and their relationship blossomed! Gretchen has a horse of her own and is wonderful working with youth! Her enthusiasm and energy are contagious! Gretchen currently spends her days working for the Fort Wayne Childrens Zoo. Her wealth of knowledge is amazing!

Missy Ross hails from Ft. Wayne, IN. Missy is a Sr, Underwriter for K&K Insurance. She's been around horses most of her life and currently owns Sport! Missy enjoys working with youth and laughing.

Patti Nicols has worked with youth for many years. She's worked with both physical, emotional and some mentally challenged. Patti was PATH certified and brings a wealth of skills to RWF with her experience and horsemanship. Patti lives in Ft. Wayne with her 2 adorable pups, Pablo and Vinny!

Kristi Link hails from Angola, IN. She works for Brotherhood Mutual. Kristi has 2 beautiful girls and horse of their own! Kristi brings the "calm" to Pam's "chaos" ! She's also a Distributor for Young Essential Oils. Kristie has run her own farm in the past and also brings knowledge and wisdom to the table!
