Board of Directors

Pam is the founder and director of Ride With Faith.  Along with her lifelong love of horses, Pam has a passion for helping children.  In 2008, she decided to combine the two to create Ride With Faith.  Pam received her Habilitation and Respite Certification from DMHA/FSSA in 2010-2011.  She's worked with many young people over the years including those with ADD, ADHD, ODD, PDD, Autism, Aspergers, PTSD, TBI along with additional behavioral and emotional issues.  

Pam is also an Army veteran, has received her BS in Business Management and a BA in Human Resources Management with honors, and is an accomplished horse woman!

Libby has a degree in Social Work and helps with our programing for Ride With Faith. Libby lives in Avilla with her husband, Sam and their 3 children. Libby enjoys the "barn" atmosphere and loves to ride. She cheers on the kids, her own and others, as she sees them grow and flourish with the help of our Equine friends.

Anny is our newest member to the board. She lives in Wawaka with her daughter, Payton. Anny loves playing softball and working with numbers! She's an accountant that works with keeping things within budget. Anny also assists with planning, setting up and hosting events. 

Patti enjoys being a RWF Board Member. She serves as Vice President and assists with youth sessions, event planning and events. Patti's been a long time horsewoman and has owned horses most of her life. Patti currently lives in Ft. Wayne where she serves as a part time home health care caregiver and enjoys spending lots of time with her grandaughter. 

 Lyndee's love for horses began as a child, from asking her grandma to make My Little Pony costumes for her and her little sister for Halloween to collecting all of the Breyer Stablemates plastic figurine horses and reading any book she could get her hands on about horses! In Lyndee's teens she raised a Tennessee Walker colt and now owns a Thoroughbred named Lainey, her passion for horses runs deep. Lyndee’s two daughters share her love, creating a family tradition. Lyndee is dedicated to youth education and serves on the Ride with Faith Board, helping with website, social media, and events. 💕🐴 

Courtney lives with her husband and two children at RWF. She manages the day-to-day farm chores and enjoys working with, and around the horses. She assists with groups, events, and therapy held at the farm. She is currently enrolled in Ivy Tech's psychology program working towards her degree.
